I’ve recently embarked on a new adventure. An adventure filled with inspiration, creativity, and a new outlet for my passion for design. It’s a new adventure that definitely falls under the category of #SoMuchMoreThanOneDay, and something I hope to share with my husband and family for a long time to come.

Much like a wedding, buying a house is a monumental life event. It’s exciting, but sometimes scary (like planning a wedding!) –but the idea of creating a home together makes it all worth it. So, it’s with overwhelming excitement that I’m sharing a first look at my new home, and my passion project/new hobby/DIY design challenge…”Castle Vista.”

In the old American tradition of naming a new home, we’ve chosen to call ours “Castle Vista.” It’s our ‘castle on a hill,’ and our own secluded slice of paradise and escape from the hustle and bustle of LA, and we’re excited to make it our own.

Design inspires design, no matter the type or category. I’m constantly inspired by interior design and architecture. I’m looking forward to bringing my interior design visions life to turn this house into our home, and slowly but surely designing the fairytale castle of my dreams for the years to come.
