Welcome back, lovelies!

Welcome back, lovelies! It’s been a hot minute, but I’m thrilled to announce that ‘Once Upon a Seam’ is springing back to life after an accidental two-year hiatus (during which I found myself a little distracted by a pandemic, a new baby, and a whole slew of new collections.) But here we are, Spring 2023- and after some re-imagining and re-designing – which will be an ongoing process in the hopes of making this site easy to navigate and filled with bridal, fashion and lifestyle inspiration – I’m sharing my first of many new posts!

I’m kicking it off with an update on a subject that so many have been asking about: will we be adding any custom children’s couture to our brand since having our daughter, Faire? In short, yes! Ever since finding out I was having a little girl, I’ve been spending way too much time dreaming of the gowns and matching dresses I’d like to design for us. Over the next few months, we will be rolling out options for custom girl’s dresses and gowns designed to compliment any Lauren Elaine Bridal gown, as well as limited edition pre-order Mommy and Me pieces as part of the Wonderland Collection.
